Yuna is an AI-powered anime chat and roleplay app where you can interact with various anime-style characters. Each character has a unique personality, backstory, and conversation style, providing an immersive and engaging roleplay experience.

Yuna is free to download and use with a limited number of daily messages. You can purchase coins or subscribe to a premium plan for unlimited chat access and additional features. New users receive free credits upon registration.

Coins are the virtual currency used in Yuna. Each message you send to a character costs a certain number of coins. You can earn coins through daily rewards or purchase them via in-app purchases. Coins have no real-world monetary value.

Refund requests must be submitted through the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) following their refund policies. We are unable to process refunds directly. Please contact the app store's support for assistance.

You can request account deletion by contacting our support team at support@yunachat.app. Please include your registered email address. We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.

Yuna uses AI models to generate character responses. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. All interactions are fictional and for entertainment purposes only.
