Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Yuna: Anime Chat Roleplay ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the developers of Yuna: Anime Chat Roleplay ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Eligibility
To use the App, you must:

Use of the App
Permitted Use
The App is designed for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may use the App to:
- Engage in AI-powered anime character chat and roleplay sessions.
- Create and customize your user profile.
- Access community features and social interactions within the App.
- Purchase and use virtual items, coins, or premium features.
Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the App.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
- Share content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
- Sell, transfer, or share your account with others.
AI-Generated Content
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate character responses and interactions. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated responses are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
- AI characters are fictional and do not represent real individuals or entities.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
- You should not rely on AI-generated content for making real-life decisions.
💡 All AI characters and their responses are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency
The App may offer in-app purchases, including but not limited to virtual coins, premium features, and subscription plans.
- Purchases are final: All in-app purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or platform policies (Google Play / Apple App Store).
- Virtual Currency: Coins or credits purchased or earned within the App have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Pricing: We reserve the right to change pricing for any in-app purchases at any time.
- Subscriptions: If applicable, subscription plans will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
⚠️ Refund requests must be submitted through the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) in accordance with their refund policies.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the overall design, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
- The "Yuna" name, logo, and all related branding are our trademarks.
- User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.
Content Guidelines
When using the App, you agree to follow our content guidelines:
- Be respectful to other users and the community.
- Do not share personal information of others without their consent.
- Do not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content.
- Do not share content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Report any violations or inappropriate content through the App's reporting feature.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to take appropriate action against violating accounts.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
- Personal injury or emotional distress arising from your use of the App.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Any third-party content or conduct within the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Use.
- Engaging in prohibited activities.
- Requests by law enforcement or government agencies.
- Discontinuation of the App or any part thereof.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
